Last Boot Camp of 2008!

Congratulations girls! You have completed Boot Camp and have seen some nice results from all your hard work. Thank you for giving me an enjoyable last session of 2008! Have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year. Hope to see you again in January (session begins on Jan. 12th). Also, keep in mind that I am running a New Year Special...if you bring someone new to Boot Camp to sign up, you each receive $50 off!!

Oct/Nov Session

Congratulations to Vienna for improving her timed mile by 2.21 minutes! Congratulations to Judy also, for improving her push-ups by 19!

Both classes did a wonderful job this month and you all should be proud of your accomplishments. Keep it up!
