Lisa G. (9:15) had the biggest reduction in body fat percentage (-2.86%).
Stephanie N. (9:15) lost the most overall inches (-6 inches combined).
Rebecca V. (9:15) was most improved in the push-up evaluation (+24).
Lori L. (9:15) had the most improved timed run (-2.21 minutes).
